Kelsey Snyder, JobLink Manager

Kelsey always has a smile and calm disposition that makes working with her enjoyable. She has a variety of responsibilities for Joblink: billing vocational rehabilitation and organizing senior a transitional program for high school students to get an opportunity to work over the summer. Some of these students will transition into Cottonwood services after graduation. Kelsey has spent many hours visiting the high schools talking to students; setting up the program; visiting businesses to create jobs and matching it to students' interests. This is all a balancing act with the individuals, businesses, parents, and JobLink job coaches. The program has been very successful with many summer employees at job sites. Kelsey also job coaches and takes care of the 58 consumers on her caseload! All done well and with a smile. She is diligent, insightful, flexible & thorough in all her JobLink duties. She embraces challenges and has led the student PWBLE program to great success. Families, employers, other agency staff, & coworkers frequently go out of their way to compliment her work. She exemplifies a staff person we want representing Cottonwood throughout the community in such a key role.
